Refund and Returns Policy

At Sat Aesthetic, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy
   Most products sold by Sat Aesthetic are professional-use items, including machines, tools, consumables, and digital products. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns
   A return request may be accepted only under the following conditions:
   • Wrong product delivered
   • Product damaged during transit
   • Manufacturing defect (if applicable and reported on time)
   All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos shared via WhatsApp chat.

3. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
   • Used or opened products
   • Consumables (needles, cartridges, serums, gels, masks, etc.)
   • Digital products such as eBooks, PDFs, documents, and online courses
   • Products damaged due to improper use or handling
   • Items without original packaging
   • Clearance or special-discount items

4. Electrical and Imported Products
   Most electrical and imported machines are sold without warranty, unless clearly mentioned before purchase. Returns are not accepted for electrical items unless there is a verified manufacturing defect reported within the agreed time frame.

5. Replacement Policy
   If a return is approved, we may offer:
   • Replacement of the same product, or
   • Repair or part replacement (if applicable)
   Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Sat Aesthetic after product inspection.

6. Refund Policy
   Refunds are issued only if:
   • Replacement is not possible, and
   • The issue is approved after verification
   Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after confirmation. Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping
   If a return is approved:
   • The customer may be required to ship the product to our designated address
   • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed
   • Products must be securely packed to avoid further damage

8. International Orders
   For international (worldwide) orders:
   • Returns and refunds are generally not supported
   • Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable
   • Replacement or repair may be discussed on a case-by-case basis

9. Order Cancellation
   Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled. Digital products cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivered.

10. Communication Policy
    All return, replacement, and refund requests are handled only via WhatsApp chat. Phone calls and emails are not supported.

11. Final Decision
    Sat Aesthetic reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspection and verification. All decisions taken by Sat Aesthetic shall be final and binding.
